WHERE CAN I JOIN ELEVATE™ REWARDS?
Our Elevate™ Rewards app is available on Apple devices in the Apple App Store, and on Android devices in the Google Play Store. If you do not have either of these types of devices, you may join our loyalty program online at thanx.com/elevate. However, downloading our Elevate™ Rewards App will grant you app-only offers and first access to purchase tickets to new releases.
CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS TO EARN REWARDS?
Absolutely! You may add as many cards as you would like. Any transactions made using a registered card will give you progress towards your ongoing reward.

Thanx is the loyalty program provider tthat powers our Elevate™ Rewards Program as well as our Mobile App.
WHY DOES THANX NEED MY CREDIT CARD?
Thanx built their product to ensure your information is secure and not stored anywhere, and for that reason we partnered with them. When you register your credit/debit card with Elevate™ Rewards, your card info is sent directly to Visa, Mastercard, etc. and they register you in our program. In turn, the credit card companies notify us when a transaction is made at one of our locations so we may instantly add points to your account. Both Thanx and EVO Entertainment never see, know, or store your card number.
CAN I USE CASH?
Send a picture of your receipt to ElevateRewards@thanx.com. The Elevate™ Rewards App allows you to take and send the picture!
DO I RECEIVE PROGRESS BY PURCHASING GIFT CARDS?
Purchasing Gift Cards will give your progress towards your ongoing reward.
DO I RECEIVE PROGRESS BY REDEEMING GIFT CARDS?
Progress is given to the person that made the initial gift card purchase. Giving points upon gift card redemption would mean giving out double points for gift cards. Therefore, no progress is earned by redeeming gift cards.
DO I RECEIVE PROGRESS FOR EVENTS BOOKED THROUGH THE EVENTS & SALES TEAM?
Progress is not earned for events that are booked and paid for through our Events and Sales Team. Our events are already priced at a competivie rate that are less than what would be paid if someone walked in as a regular guest.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE REWARD AT ONCE?
Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.
Receive 1 point for every $1 spent. Receive an offer for $10 Off Next Purchase after 150 Points earned. May only be applied to in-store purchases at this time.
Receive an offer for a Free Small Popcorn when you sign up for loyalty.
Receive an offer for a Free Movie Ticket. This reward may only be redeemed in-store and may not be used online. Studio restrictions may apply. This offer expires 30 days after the date it is issued.
Our referral program allows guests to send their friends unique links to signup for the Elevate™ Rewards Loyalty Program. When a new guest signs up using this link and makes their first purchase, the guest that referred the new guest will receive 50% progress towards their Ongoing Reward. That new guest will also receive an additional offer. The new guest must sign up and make their first purchase before anyone receives their referral-related rewards.
DO REWARDS EXPIRE?
Your Birthday reward expires 30 days after the date it is issued. Signup rewards and ongoing rewards expires 1 year after you receive them.
